The starting point of every pancake is a love poem is an installation, a curated raised bed, an image of partly cultivated and wild plants. What the plants have in common is that they are all edible, but in the conventional sense it is not immediately obvious which parts of the plant are usable. In the course of the exhibition, the bed is harvested and processed together with the visitors of the exhibition under the guidance of the artist. The main component is the wheat, which is further processed into pancakes and arranged by the artist with wild herbs and flowers. Herbal teas made of medicinal plants yarrow, mullein, ground ivy, nettle, celandine & calendula were prepared as well. Every pancake is a love poem is an interactive dinner and ritual at the same time, in which the food ends up directly on the plate without intermediate actors.
